BetFury vs Metaspins: a Curaçao certificate against an Anjouan licence

The licence line is complete and it points at three countries

The operator prints its own sentence and its own number. «Metaspins.com is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros and operates under Licence No. ALSI-202606048-FI2» — clause 1.1, repeated in the site footer, read 2 September 2026.

And the same clause sends disputes somewhere else. Clause 1.1 places the contract under the law of Costa Rica and refers disputes to the Courts of Costa Rica. A licence in one jurisdiction, a company registered in a second and a forum in a third is common; it separates «who supervises this operator» from «where would a disagreement actually be heard».

A printed number is not a checked number. Nothing on the Metaspins side was verified against a register; BetFury's certificate was, and that asymmetry is why our register page exists as a page of its own.

The threshold that is named and never given

Clause 9.7 says it plainly. «We are required to undertake verification of your age. We are also required to verify your identity upon your gambling reaching a certain threshold, but we maintain discretion to verify your identity at any time. We reserve the right to lock your account or prevent withdrawals, if deemed appropriate, until such time as your identity has been verified.»

A threshold referred to but never stated is the operator's own wording, not a gap in what we read. The difference between read-and-silent and unread is set out on what a comparison cannot tell you, and Metaspins is the clearest example of it among our comparisons.

The deadline, by contrast, is a number. Clause 9.10 gives a player 30 days to comply with a verification request or at least to acknowledge it. Failure carries suspension or permanent closure, withholding of withdrawals and confiscation of the remaining balance (9.10); where the checks show the account details do not match, closure or suspension with confiscation of winnings and bonuses and, depending on circumstances, return of the remaining deposit (9.9).

A payout section with no time in it

Section 12 sets no processing window whatsoever. It says a withdrawal may be held «for the time needed to check your identity» (12.3) and nothing more. Here a blank means we read the document and it states nothing — a finding, not a hole.

Clause 12.5 reserves two things without naming an amount for either. The maximum withdrawal «could be limited depending on the payment method chosen», and «In some cases, due to payment method restrictions, the Casino reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments until the full amount is paid out.» No threshold is attached to the instalment right, which makes it a right rather than a rule.

Two of the operator's own texts disagree about charges. The homepage advertises «Safe, quick withdrawals at 0% fees» and there is a zero-fees promotions page, while clause 12.2 says withdrawals «can incur charges depending on the method selected». Both are first-party, both were read on 2 September 2026, and we treat neither as the answer.

Three rules that shape the exit. Withdrawals go back through the deposit method (12.2) and in the same cryptocurrency as was deposited (11.3). All deposits, rewards and NFT revenue share must be wagered at least once before withdrawal (4.2). A dormant account is charged 10 US dollars after 12 months of inactivity (13.1).

The bonus terms are numbered, which is unusual

Section 14 is a real bonus-terms section inside the general terms. The maximum bet while a bonus is running is 5 USDT or equivalent per spin or game round (14.11). Slots contribute 100% and game shows, sports, live casino, table games, video poker, crash, keno, plinko, hilo, dice, mines, limbo and originals all contribute nothing (14.13.1). Only one bonus may be active at a time (14.17.1). Clause 14.12 publishes a minimum bonus amount per currency — nine of them — and says bonuses below those thresholds «will be nullified».

What is missing is the multiple. No wagering multiple is published anywhere we read: section 14 sets the rules of wagering without ever stating how much of it is required, and the dedicated welcome-bonus page redirects to the homepage. A missing multiple means we did not find one, not that it is zero.

Against that, BetFury's bonus page, captured 25 August 2026, has an arithmetic problem instead of a missing one. The three published tiers add to 530 while the headline over them says 590% up to 10,500 US dollars and 225 free spins, and the largest percentage sits behind the largest minimum deposit. What we did not read

On the BetFury side, four topics of six. We have not read BetFury's terms, so verification wording, stated threshold, coins and networks, and payout limits and timing stay blank. Nothing from a review site fills any of them.

On the Metaspins side, the totals behind the lists. No game count, no provider count, no coin total and no minimum deposit are published in anything we read; the cashier is behind a login. The operator's registered company is printed as 3-102-959384 SRL, and the licence line was not checked against the Anjouan register.

What this comparison does not settle

It compares wording, and wording only. Nobody here has deposited at either brand, withdrawn from either, or contacted either operator's support.
