The third state of a licence line

Clause 21.6, as printed: «the Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with our licensing body Gaming Services Provider N.V.»

No number accompanies it, anywhere we read. Not in the footer, not in the terms, not on the AML page. The footer carries a «Licensed» badge with no number on it. The jurisdiction is not stated in words either; what exists is a company address in the footer and a geo-notice that says «due to our gaming licence», which is an inference and is recorded as one rather than printed as a finding.

Neither «licensed» nor «unlicensed» is the honest word here. A register cannot be searched for a number that was never published, so nothing can be confirmed and nothing can be denied. What a register can and cannot answer is on our register page.

Verification with a clock on the player and a clock on the operator

Clause 20.1, as printed: «Rainbet.com reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. Rainbet.com retains the right to restrict the service, payments, withdrawals, and access to funds if the identity verification is not completed within 72 hours. The verification process may take up to 7 business days to be analyzed. Failure or denial to pass the identity check will result in confiscation of funds.»

Two clocks in one clause, running in opposite directions. The player gets 72 hours to complete verification; the operator gives itself up to 7 business days to analyse what was submitted. Few of the terms we read publish both halves.

Documents named. A government-issued photo ID, front and back in some cases; a selfie holding it; proof of residence in the form of a recent utility bill; and a verification call (20.1, 5.2 and 8.3). Accounts that attempt to bypass verification with forged documents are frozen (20.2).

No threshold is published. The check is reserved at the operator's discretion at any time and specifically before granting any withdrawal, which puts Rainbet with most of the brands we compare. Rocketpot is the exception, as the one brand that prints a number.

A payout section with no time in it, beside a homepage that has one

Section 8 states no processing time at all. The homepage says «Withdrawals are typically processed and sent within 5 to 15 minutes in normal conditions.»

Homepage copy is not a clause, and we do not record it as one. It is the operator's own claim and it is written down here as a claim, in the same way that Metaspins' «0% fees» line and Bitsler's «instant withdrawals» line are.

What section 8 does publish. A minimum withdrawal of 15 US dollars per transaction, except on account closure when the full balance may be taken (8.1). A 1x wager lock on all crypto deposits (8.7). No withdrawal commission where the deposit has been rolled over at least once, doubled if a promotion is taken (8.2). Withdrawals must go back to the original method used to pay in (8.4). Deposits are credited automatically at one blockchain confirmation, per the homepage FAQ. And clause 7.9 states plainly that deposits made using unsupported cryptocurrencies or networks carry a high risk of being permanently lost.

Two welcome paths, chosen once

The 40x path. Three tiers at 100%, 50% and 100%, each with 20 free spins on Sweet Bonanza, minimum deposit $30 and maximum $700 per tier, wagering 40x on the combined deposit and bonus, maximum bet 2% of the deposit while the promotion runs, slots above 97.4% RTP excluded.

The no-lock path. Up to 100%, «claimed as you play», unlocking at «Wager Amount × 1% × 20% per bet», with no rollover, the same $30 minimum and $700 maximum and the same RTP exclusion.

Where the clause numbers actually are. Those figures come from the operator's own homepage copy, which is not clause-numbered; the numbered terms cover the caps instead. Clause 9.2 caps what one welcome offer can produce at 50 US dollars — «Any balance exceeding this limit will be forfeited» — while clause 9.10 sets a far larger free-spins ceiling. Clause 9.4 forbids topping the bonus up with a further deposit and 9.6 limits the welcome offer to a customer's first account. Publishing an offer in marketing and its ceiling in the contract is the pattern worth noticing here.

What we did not read

On the BetFury side, four of six topics. We have not read BetFury's terms, so verification wording, stated threshold, coins and networks, and payout limits and timing stay blank.

On the Rainbet side. No licence number exists to check, so no register was queried. No coin total is published — the FAQ's list ends in «and stablecoins including», which is open-ended by construction. No per-period ceiling and no instalment rule appear in section 8 or anywhere else we read; a blank there means we did not find one, not that none exists.

What this comparison does not settle

How fast a payout actually arrives. Nobody here has deposited, withdrawn or opened an account, so the 5-to-15-minute claim is neither confirmed nor contradicted — it is recorded with its source.

And what a missing number means. It means nobody published one, which is a fact about the document and not about the operator's standing. The seven brands that did not reach our bar are named, each with the reason, on brands we left out, and the ten that did sit in one table in all ten comparisons.
