BetFury vs Bitsler: an active Curaçao certificate against a licence application

Clause 1.1, in full

As printed: «Oyine NV operates with a valid Certificate of Operation. Oyine N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/930/0387) for a gaming licence in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement, the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation. This Certificate of Operation is subject to the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (Landsverordening buitengaatse hazardspelen, P.B. 1993, no. 63) (NOOGH).»

The footer adds the company detail: «Bitsler is operated by Oyine N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 144430 and has a valid Certificate of Operation.»

OGL/2024/930/0387 is an application reference, and we do not print it as a licence number. It has the shape of one, which is exactly why it is worth labelling.

Verification in two phases, with a named vendor

Clause 4.3, as printed: «We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and/or satisfactory identification documents from you to authenticate details provided upon registration and/or to comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (“AML-CFT”) legislation.»

Clause 8.22 adds the source-of-wealth trigger: «We monitor unusual or suspicious transactions and we may require that you provide additional identification documentation or proof of your source of wealth or source of funds at any time if you meet certain criteria (notably when making large deposits), if we are concerned about your level of spend, or if we suspect you may be depositing funds obtained from criminal, illegal or fraudulent activities.» «Large» is not defined.

ID verification always and proof of address «on some occasions»: a photo of the front and back of an identification document taken during a recorded video session, a selfie, and a utility bill or bank extract no older than three months with all four corners, the name, the address and the company logo visible. The operator names the vendor doing it, Veriff, in its own help centre.

No deadline is printed. Where verification cannot be completed the account is suspended until the information arrives, and clause 4.4 reserves the right to reject documents already supplied and demand further ones.

One access rule. Verification is not required to register or to play, but it is required before buying crypto with a card: «Please have your ID and proof of address verified first to use this option.»

A payout section with no numbers in it

Clause 8.15 declines to give a time: «The time it takes between making a deposit and availability of the deposited funds in the account as well the time it takes between requesting a withdrawal and availability of the withdrawn funds, may vary depending on the cryptocurrency and blockchain network load.» The help centre says withdrawals are instant unless flagged «Pending» — a manual check by the operator or by a game provider — or «On Hold» for suspicious behaviour, and gives no duration for either.

«We offer instant withdrawals» is the operator's own claim, and we record it as a claim. Nobody here has tested it, and it sits beside a clause that publishes no number — the same pattern as Rainbet's homepage against its section 8.

No ceiling is published. Clause 8.6 reserves the right to assign minimum and maximum withdrawal levels «communicated at the time of the transaction» without publishing a figure. Clause 8.13 reserves instalments for «a large withdrawal request», again with no amount, and adds that payment may be made in BTC, ETH or USDT at the operator's discretion. The minimum is «approximately $10» in the help centre.

Two conditions on the money. All deposits must be wagered at least once (8.13). Withdrawals go back through the deposit method where possible, and a player who deposited by several methods may have a withdrawal split across them (8.14).

A welcome offer with a real choice in it

Two alternatives on the first deposit. «100% up to $1000 of Instant Bonus credited immediately to your balance + 500 Free Cash Spins», or «200% up to $2000 Progressive Bonus + 500 Free Cash Spins, with your bonus unlocked in exciting batches as you earn XP and progress through your gameplay».

No multiple is published. The promotion page's terms toggle did not expand, and the general terms say only that deposits tied to a promotion must be wagered at least once (10.5). A missing multiple means we did not find one, not that it is zero. Promotional offers are one per individual (10.4), and a registration offer of free USDT worth two cents is advertised separately.

Against that, BetFury's bonus page, captured 25 August 2026, publishes three percentages, three minimum deposits and no multiple, with a headline of 590% over tiers that add to 530. The full breakdown is in our BetFury review.

What we did not read

On the BetFury side, four of six topics. We have not read BetFury's terms, so verification wording, stated threshold, coins and networks, and payout limits and timing stay blank.

On the Bitsler side, the coin list — the one topic of six with nothing behind it. Clause 8.2 hands the list to the site, the site renders it as icons, and the cashier needs an account. That is why the count reads 5 of 6. No total game count is published either; the homepage's «7000+ slots» is a slots count and is recorded as one.

What this comparison does not settle

Whether an application in progress is better or worse than a granted licence. It is a different state, and we print which one each brand is in, with the clause it comes from. The bar a brand has to clear to appear at all is on how we compare.
